We’re looking for our first Technical Recruiter, who will play an essential role in helping to build Fieldguide’s Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization. This person will report to Fieldguide’s CTO and partner with stakeholders across the organization as we tackle the massive, archaic audit and advisory industry.

You want to join a scaling startup: We're a young company, but we've found strong demand for our products and are growing quickly. We've landed numerous top audit and advisory firms as customers, displaced entrenched legacy technology, and have high demand for our products.

You have prior experience in a hands-on, end-to-end technical recruiter role: You’ll own large portions of our technical recruiting strategy, helping shape our processes from sourcing to close. You’ll have significant support from our executives and hiring managers, but need to be excited to dive into every part of our recruiting process.

You're obsessed with data: You should have experience using data to drive decisions, understanding all aspects of our candidate pipelines, communicating findings to executives, and finding areas to optimize.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute our end-to-end technical recruiting strategy, working across all job openings in Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD)
  • Work closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to run scalable recruiting programs from sourcing to close
  • Become an expert on Fieldguide’s technology, teams, and business goals, understanding skill gaps and helping to proactively steer recruiting programs that address them
  • Build and run a candidate sourcing and nurture program, ensuring talent pipelines are in place and able to support our hiring goals
  • Run a world class hiring process for every candidate, ensuring that every touchpoint is timely, informative, and contributes to a positive opinion of the company
  • Innovate on all aspects of our sourcing and recruiting process with a focus on diversity and inclusion, helping us ensure the company is a magnet for talent from all backgrounds
  • Measure every aspect of our recruiting funnels and processes, find bottlenecks, and iterate as necessary
  • Bring first principles thinking and a focus on continuous improvement to all aspects of your work

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of overall recruiting experience, much of that focused on recruiting engineers, product managers, product designers, and speciality engineering roles
  • Experience with high scale recruiting, managing and nurturing pipelines for evergreen roles and building pipelines for speciality roles
  • A significant track record of establishing trusted partnerships with hiring managers and teams
  • Experience with managing and maintaining recruiting metrics, reporting to executives, and using data to drive decisions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience contributing to the culture and processes of a young Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization
