Fieldguide, Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://www.fieldguide.io (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:
(a) users can visit our site anonymously;
(d) users are able to change their personal information by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals: We honor Do Not Track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place.
Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
12. California Privacy Rights under the CCPA
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) takes effect January 1, 2020 and provides California consumers with certain rights regarding their personal information.
The section "Types of Data Collected" explains the specific details of personal information Fieldguide collects.
We collect the following categories of personal information:
(a) Identifiers: Name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol (IP) address, email address, account name, or other similar identifiers
(b) Customer records information: Name, signature, address, telephone number
(c) Internet or other electronic network activity information: Information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an Internet website, application, or advertisement
(d) Professional or employment-related information: Job title
We do not collect the following categories of personal information:
(a) Geolocation data
(b) Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information
(c) Education information
Fieldguide does not sell personal information.
We use and disclose the categories of personal information we collect from and about you consistent with the business purposes discussed in the section “Use of Data”.
If you are a California resident, you may have the following consumer rights under the CCPA:
(b) Right to request deletion of personal information. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain conditions and limitations under the law.
(c) Right to Opt-Out of the sale of personal information. The CCPA provides consumers with the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade User Personal Information with third parties for their commercial purposes as defined under the CCPA.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
